В связи с чем сложилась ситуация при которой нестационарные торговые объекты находящиеся на одной улице и  в одних зонах застройки, стоимость на право размещения различаются в несколько раз.

При этом представители оценочной компании перечислили следующие критерии оценки, которыми они руководствовались: средний кассовый чек; доходность торгового объекта в целом; организационная правовая форма собственника нестационарного торгового объекта (индивидуальный предприниматель или юридическое лицо); пассажиропоток в непосредственной близости от нестационарного торгового объекта и др.

Данные критерии оценивают доходность самого предприятия торговли, что уже предусмотрено Налоговым кодексом РФ и к стоимости на право размещения нестационарного торгового объекта не имеет никакого отношения. В результате сложившийся ситуации стоимость право размещения с увеличившимися отчислениями во внебюджетные фонды стало неподъемной ношей для представителей малого бизнеса, это уже ведет к уничтожению его в г.
